GLIDE VISUALIZER EVENT WAIVER OF LIABILITY & MEDIA RELEASE

• Any and all staff, representatives, and agents present with or representing Laron Gigger.

1. Assumption of Risk: The Releasor acknowledges that participation in the Event and use of the Property, including the skate rink, involves inherent risks of physical injury, death, and property damage. These risks include, but are not limited to, falls, collisions, equipment failure, and environmental hazards. The Releasor voluntarily assumes all such risks, known and unknown, and accepts full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
2. Waiver of Claims: The Releasor hereby forever releases, waives, and discharges the Releasees from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, and expenses of any kind, whether in law or in equity, arising from or related to the Releasor’s presence on the Property or participation in the Event. This waiver includes any claims for personal injury, death, or property damage, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

1. Irrevocable Consent: The Releasor hereby grants to Laron Gigger, Laronbest LLC, and their designees, the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display any and all photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other media captured of the Releasor during the Event (the "Media").
2. No Compensation: The Releasor understands and agrees that no compensation or payment of any kind is due or will be paid for the use of the Media.
3. No Right to Inspect: The Releasor waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use of the Media. The Releasees shall own all rights to the Media and may use it for any and all purposes, including but not limited to promotional, marketing, and commercial use.

1. Non-Disclosure: The Releasor agrees not to disclose, in any manner, any confidential information learned during the Event or while on the Property. "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to, the location and address of the Property, details about its inhabitants or contents, event specifics, and any personal information about the Releasees.
2. Non-Disparagement: The Releasor agrees not to make, whether directly or indirectly, any public or private statements, comments, or posts, on any platform (including social media), that are disparaging, defamatory, or negative towards the Releasees, their businesses, or the Property.

1. Designated Areas: The Releasor must remain in designated areas at all times. Roaming or accessing unauthorized areas of the Property is strictly prohibited.
2. No Unauthorized Filming: The Releasor is not permitted to take any photographs, videos, or audio recordings of any kind while on the Property, unless explicitly authorized by event staff. All footage and media captured will be done by the official production team.
3. Respect for Property: The Releasor shall treat the Property with the utmost respect and care. Any damage caused by the Releasor, whether intentional or accidental, may be subject to a claim for damages.
4. Compliance with Staff: The Releasor must comply with all instructions and requests from event staff and representatives of the Releasees. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the Property.
